As a woman who teaches boxing, you probably wouldn't guess I struggle with low confidence.


But the truth is, being overweight as a teenager has always left me feeling like I'm not "enough." I've even gone to extremes working out and dieting to gain self-esteem, but that left me mentally fatigued and physically exhausted.


Eventually, I learned the way forward didn't involve restricting my diet or lifestyle. All it required was developing healthy habits and working on myself every day, getting into better routines, and celebrating small wins.

  • How do I receive the program?

    The program is available through our website on the members only section after you have purchased. Choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and we will start putting together your personalized program! 

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, the reason we have chose to do this is so you can continue your progress as mainentance is so important.  This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime by emailing support@motivateyou.co.nz

  • Are the programs available world wide?

    Yes! It’s imperative to us that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells and a couch/chair. You would need to select home only on the set up form. We also have an article in the platform with home workout tips.

  • Refunds and returns.

    For information on our refunds and returns policy, please see the terms and conditions.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email support@motivateyou.co.nz  with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.

  • I’m new to the gym - is this good for beginners?

    The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym we've got your back with your very own personalised program. Choose weights that are light for you and gradually work your way up.

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.
