In my early twenties I became unfit, unhealthy and unhappy with who I'd become. Phases of binging and stress eating along with low self esteem was not what I pictured for myself, considering I had always been extremely fit and athletic as a child.
Fast forward to now, I look back on those pictures and I'm PROUD of how far I've come.
I want you to feel the same way. Confident and comfortable in your own skin. Give your future self something to be proud of, and START NOW.

As a woman who teaches boxing, you probably wouldn't guess I struggle with low confidence.
But the truth is, being overweight as a teenager has always left me feeling like I'm not "enough." I've even gone to extremes working out and dieting to gain self-esteem, but that left me mentally fatigued and physically exhausted.
Eventually, I learned the way forward didn't involve restricting my diet or lifestyle. All it required was developing healthy habits and working on myself every day, getting into better routines, and celebrating small wins.
